The Mercury® Avator™ 7.5e electric outboard motor offers the speed and acceleration of a 3.5 hp combustion engine, making it ideal for various small boats, tender boats, and as auxiliary power for sailboats. The motor features tiller and remote control options, with a quick-connect battery and intuitive controls that allow for easy attachment and use. With advanced displays and other technology, you can monitor battery charge levels and range, letting you navigate the waters with confidence.

Quick-connect battery The 1 kWh lithium-ion battery has no connection cables. It slides into place under a liftable cover, saving valuable space on the boat. Want to go even further? No worries. You can bring an available spare battery, which can be swapped in place within seconds.

Transverse Flux Motor The industry’s first transverse flux motor delivers high torque with minimal effort for rapid acceleration. Thanks to an efficient overall design, you can enjoy full, exciting days on the water.

Multi-function Tiller The Avator tiller is designed for anyone to take control with confidence. It adjusts up, down, left, or right for comfortable steering in any position with either hand, and it also folds into a convenient carrying handle.

Highly efficient propeller The Avator propeller is available in three different pitch options and is made from extremely strong impact-resistant composite material. Its three-blade design is optimized for improved efficiency, which helps extend battery life.

Digital controls On console boats, the digital remote throttle and gear controls provide an instant response without hesitation. There are three style options for different center and side console installations.

Range and running time Based on testing with a 13-foot Veer™ V13 boat (dry weight 173.5 kg), the Avator 7.5e electric outboard motor can run for 60 minutes or 8 km at full throttle continuously, with one fully charged 1 kWh battery, and up to 19 hours or 54 km at 25% throttle. Range and running time may vary. Environmental conditions, boat type, and load may affect performance.

Smooth and quiet operation The whisper-quiet operation and ultra-smooth performance of the Mercury Avator electric outboard motor ensure that you can arrive at your destination without interrupting your conversations. The 7.5e outboard motor is four times quieter for the user than a 3.5 hp four-stroke outboard motor at full throttle.
