Päijän is a Finnish premium rowing boat brand with roots dating back to the early 1900s. Fiberglass boats have been built under the brand since 1969, and the boats have earned an iconic reputation among their users for their durability, stability, and good rowing performance. From 1969 till today, the Päijän 471 has been the most manufactured rowing boat in Finland, with over 70,000 units produced.

Päijän’s new story began in 2021, when new investors took over the brand and started developing the products and brand to match its deserved position in the market.

During the first two full years of sales under the new brand, we have reached a 20% market share of the rowing boat market in Finland. We currently have the most versatile collection of accessories for rowing boats and growing double digit numbers every year!
